I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the presidential suite was a treat with lovely amenities, the air conditioning was quite inadequate, leading us to switch rooms. The dining options were okay but not particularly impressive, though the pool area was refreshing. Overall, the hotel is decent but has room for improvement in several areas.

Rooms

We originally booked the presidential suite, which was lovely, but the air conditioning was ineffective. Our new room was comfortable with a nice balcony, but the transparent blind between the bedroom and bathroom compromised our privacy.
Service
9.0
The service was generally pleasant, with friendly and helpful staff. The manager went out of his way to accommodate us, even offering a night free due to our air conditioning issues.
Location
6.0
The hotel is a bit further from downtown, which made access to restaurants and nightlife a challenge. However, they offer a free shuttle into town during limited hours, which was a decent option.
Dining
6.0
The breakfast options were reasonably varied but not particularly delicious. The food could have been fresher and more appealing.
Facilities

The pool area was a highlight of our stay—great for cooling off on warm days. There were also free bikes available, which was a nice touch for exploring the area.

I had a fantastic stay at this boutique hotel. The location is convenient, close to the town center, and I loved being able to see the morning alms from my room. The manager was exceptionally helpful, even going out of his way to assist us during our stay. However, the air conditioning in the presidential suite didn't work well, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, it was a memorable experience with comfortable rooms and great amenities.

Rooms

The rooms were comfortable and well-kept, although we faced an issue with the air conditioning in the presidential suite that required us to switch rooms. The bathroom layout lacked privacy due to a transparent blind.
Service

The service was excellent, with staff being exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The manager helped organize a birthday surprise and offered local dining suggestions.
Location

The hotel is conveniently located just a short bike ride from the night market, which made it easy to explore the local area, even if it was slightly further from the main attractions.
Dining

Breakfast was a highlight with a lovely selection of fresh fruit, croissants, and made-to-order dishes, all presented beautifully. The outdoor seating with mountain views made it even more enjoyable.

5.2/10

The hotel is located a bit away from the main bustle, which contributed to a quieter stay. The accommodations were generally clean and comfortable, but I had a few privacy concerns and encountered some pests during my visit. Staff interactions were limited, so while they were polite, it didn't feel particularly welcoming. Overall, it was an average experience for the price, and I would suggest seeking a better location nearby for a more enjoyable trip.

Rooms
5.0
The room was relatively comfortable, though I found it troublesome that there was a window with a transparent blind between the bedroom and bathroom, compromising privacy. I also spotted a few cockroaches and mosquitoes.
Service
6.0
The staff were polite, but I didn't have much interaction beyond check-in and check-out, which felt a bit impersonal.
Location
5.0
The location was not ideal as it was a 20-30 minute walk to the town, and the inclines made it a bit challenging at times. I would have preferred being closer to the action.
Dining
5.0
Breakfast was acceptable but not particularly enjoyable, lacking the quality I expected based on the hotel's presentation.
Facilities
6.0
The hotel had standard amenities, but nothing stood out as exceptional.

I had a lovely stay at this boutique hotel. While it was a bit out of town, the shuttle service and tuk-tuk options made getting around easy. The manager was incredibly helpful and offered excellent dining recommendations. However, the breakfast coffee could use improvement, and I had a few issues with room cleanliness during my stay.

Rooms
6.0
The room was relatively comfortable but a bit small, with a window that lacked privacy between the bedroom and bathroom. I also encountered some cleanliness issues during my stay.
Service
9.0
The service was fantastic; the manager was very responsive to my inquiries and provided excellent restaurant bookings. The shuttle service was convenient, and I appreciated the driver offering to pick me up on my evening walks.
Location
7.0
The hotel was slightly removed from the main attractions, but the shuttle service made it convenient to access downtown efficiently. The area was quiet and relaxing, which I enjoyed.
Dining
7.0
The breakfast was good overall, with fresh fruits and baked goods, but the coffee wasn't quite up to par. I think they could benefit from a couple of improvements in the dining area as well.
Facilities
8.0
The hotel featured nice amenities like a pool and a lovely garden. I found these areas to be well-kept and enjoyable during my downtime.

I had a lovely experience at this hotel, which offered a beautiful balance of modern comforts and traditional charm. The rooms were clean and spacious, with stunning views from the balcony. While the staff were friendly and accommodating, the dining experience could use some improvement, particularly with breakfast options. The location, although a bit far from the downtown area, was quiet and serene, perfect for relaxation.

Rooms
9.0
The rooms were clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, boasting an incredible balcony view overlooking the pool and mountains.
Service
7.0
Service was generally kind, but I expected more engagement; some staff were less communicative.
Location
7.0
The hotel is slightly out of town, making for a peaceful stay, but it takes about 20 minutes to bike to the city center.
Dining
6.0
Breakfast was decent but could improve with fresher options like cooked eggs, as the selection felt a bit lacking.
Facilities
8.0
The pool area was lovely and well-maintained, perfect for hanging out and relaxing.
